Garlic Rosemary Challah Bread & Saffron Yogurt Dip for ischta

Bringing our cultures and curiosities together at the table is what we stand for. Here, at our decadent brunch, we united challah (a Jewish bread) with Persian Saffron dip, reminding ourselves of the beauty of embracing the culinary specialties of diverse cultures and people. This delicious combination is a celebration of the beginning of spring, the blossoming of new life and new possibilities. Sometimes, these cultures are described as in conflict, but they share so much. Here on our table, we paired them in harmony.
