Lokum for ischta

We created a recipe for a Lokum (Turkish Delight) with chopped pistachios and dried rose buds for ischta. Turkish delight is a very famous Turkish candy. It’s perfect to serve with çay — Turkish black tea which has a bitter note and together with Turkish delight it’s the best combination. Lokum can be plain, filled with nuts, dried fruits or delicately flavored with fragrant rose water or with chopped rose buds. It’s a fragrant jelly explosion in your mouth, in a very good way!
